Terms of use

What this is. This site shows tokens that a contract on the Base chain mints and draws. The site reads the chain and nothing else. It holds no keys, no funds and no account of yours.

What you sign, you send. A claim goes from your wallet to the contract. You pay the network gas. A transaction that fails still costs gas. The contract asks for no mint fee, and any fee it did take would be written on this site before you sign.

The contract is the product. One token a day, with the day number as its id, and the first wallet to call claim that day gets it. Every tenth day up to day 1000 mints to the author instead. A minted token keeps its image; the author can change the drawing rules for days not yet claimed, never for a claimed day. The contract has no pause and no way to take a token back. Once a day has passed, an unclaimed day stays empty.

No promise of value. This is not an investment and never will be. Nobody promises that a token will sell, or sell for more than the gas it cost. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. Your taxes and the law where you live are yours to follow.

No warranty. The site can go offline, show stale data or have bugs. The tokens do not depend on it: the image comes from the contract. The site and the code come as they are, with no warranty of any kind.

Licence. The 338 layers are CC0, released by Chain Runners in 2021. The runners this contract draws are CC0 too. The code is MIT. Use any of it, with or without credit. This project is not affiliated with Chain Runners; the name says where the layers come from and nothing more.

Changes. These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did.
